HAZARDOUS MATERIAL AND EMERGENCY RESPONSE SAFETY In addition to our equipment services, Big Sky Industrial provides site safety such as: PERSONNEL Our personnel have Confined Space, Respiratory, and OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Re-sponse Training.
The Bellows Pump is a hand operated sampling pump used in conjunction with detector tubes. These tubes indicate the presence of a particular gas, vapor or aerosol. The Trialarm and Quadalarm multi-gas monitors will measure and alarm for hazardous levels of oxygen, combustible gases and vapors, and toxic gas. RESCUE AND RETRIEVAL SYSTEM The Rescue and Retrieval System, mounted on a tripod, is a self-contained retractable lifeline with a built-in winch with retrieval or lowering capabilities. It provides rescue capabilities in confined spaces such as manholes, tanks, and other confined areas. PROTECTIVE CLOTHING Protective clothing is provided in accordance with the specific hazards at the job site. RESPIRATORY PROTECTION The A.L.E. Lite respirator is a combination pressure demand type "C" supplied air respirator and a pressure demand 5-minute compressed air self contained escape breathing apparatus. When used as a supplied air respirator, the system is used with 25' to 300' of air line hose allowing for maximum mobility. The Half Mask Respirator traps contaminants in filters. The Full Face Respirator provides both breathing and eye protection. A full line of filter and chemical cartridges provide protection in atmospheres which are not immediately dangereous to life and health.

AIR MONITORING INSTRUMENTS
