INDUSTRIAL VACUUM LOADER - 27" Hg (Mercury) 5000 CFM Big Sky Industrial's Vacuum Loader is one of the most powerful, versatile, pollution-free waste removal and re-covery equipment available today! It is capable of a wide range of applications, from vacuuming light dust to recovering waste sludge. It can easily handle bulk solids, powders, liquids, and slurries. Suction lines up to 500 feet allow the Industrial Vacuum Loader to reach remote, contoured, or inaccessible locations, even under water! The material is vacuumed into a 17 cubic yard or 3,800 gallon-capacity tank. The Industrial Vacuum Loader can vacuum wet or dry materials such as:
• Catalyst • Caustics • Fine dust • Fly ash • Grains • Oils • Sawdust • Sewage lagoons • Spills • Sumps or catch basins Using special filter bags, we have the capabilities of vacuuming hot materials up to 400 degrees fahrenheit. Expand your service with Vacuum Roll-Off Containers. Efficiency, productivity and payload of vacuum equipment can be greatly enhanced. The more time a vacuum truck is on the jobsite being used as a loading tool and the less time used as a transport vehicle, the more profitable it can be for you. THE SYSTEM IS SIMPLE Attach the pick-up hose from the Vacuum Truck to the Roll-Off Container. From the Roll-Off Container, attach the vacuum hose and begin the loading procedure. This process allows all of the material to be immediately contained. After loading is complete, the containers are detached and left free standing to await transport using a less expensive Roll-Off Truck. Several Roll-Off Containers may also be used in succession. STORAGE You may have a need to move material from the work site immediately while awaiting analysis or disposal compliance. The Roll-Off Containers are excellent for short term storage for your wet or dry material. TRANSPORTING With our Roll-Off Truck, the Roll-Off Container is loaded and transported to any disposal site or recycling facility.

VACUUM TRUCK - ASME - DOT Certified Big Sky Industrial's Pumper Truck Vacuums:

Sampling and Testing: • Sampling of material to be removed according to DOE regulations. • Testing performed by state certified laboratories using EPA test methods. Material Handling: • Transportation to approved recycling and disposal sites for materials • Materials can be barreled or drummed for storage or shipment. • Materials can be transferred into tankers for bulk shipment. • Technicians are 40-hour hazardous material certified. CYCLONIC VACUUM DROP-OUT SYSTEM Big Sky Industrial's unique Cyclonic Vacuum/Drop-Out System is specially designed to clean up emergency spills and/or transfer contaminated or non-contaminated materials such as:
• Grain Dumps • Sawdust • Petroleum Products • Fertilizers Wet or dry, fine or coarse and abrasive, the design of the cyclone allows the material to be recovered and contained.
